Update thedevdojo/auth PHP 8.4 / Laravel 12

Hello DevDojo community,

I've been using the thedevdojo/auth package in my projects, and I'm wondering if there are any plans or timeline for updating it to be compatible with PHP 8.4 and Laravel 12?

I'm starting to plan my upgrade path for my applications. Has the team shared any roadmap or estimated timeline for when these compatibility updates might be available?

We have a PR open for this already:

DevDojo Auth Package support for Laravel 12

Feel free to use the branch name and let me know if you hit any issues.

We should be able to merge this and release a new version soon but don't have an exact ETA.
